Born on February 10, 1946, in Corozal, Puerto Rico, Iris was the beloved daughter of the late Tomas and Camila Gonzalez. She was raised in a home filled with love, laughter, and the warmth of her many siblings. After completing high school, she pursued higher education and earned an Associate's Degree, demonstrating her dedication to learning and self-improvement. In June 1968, Iris married the love of her life, Wilson Robles, and together they built a life centered on love, faith, and family. A devoted wife and mother, she poured her heart into raising their three children, always ensuring they were surrounded by warmth, encouragement, and home-cooked meals filled with love. A gifted cook, Iris delighted in sharing her cherished recipes, passing down the flavors of her Puerto Rican heritage to future generations. She was also a talented seamstress, skillfully crafting clothes and blankets for her children and later creating beautiful, handmade blankets for her grandchildren, each stitch woven with love and care. Her deep Catholic faith was the foundation of her life. She found comfort and strength in praying the Rosary daily, nurturing an unbreakable bond with God. Her faith-filled spirit and unwavering kindness touched everyone she met, leaving a lasting impact on those fortunate enough to know her. Iris was a beacon of love, patience, and generosity, a woman whose presence made the world a kinder place. She will be profoundly missed but forever remembered in the hearts of those she loved. She is now reunited in eternal peace with her parents, Tomas and Camila Gonzalez, her beloved husband, Wilson Robles, her cherished children, Joel Robles and Damaris Robles, and her (insert names of deceased siblings, if any).
