Patrice Corley

July 21, 1953 - May 26, 2022

Patrice Corley, 68 of Matawan, New Jersey passed away on Thursday, May 26, 2022, at the Riverview Medical Center in Red Bank. Born Tuesday, July 21, 1953 in New York, New York, Patrice was the daughter of the late, John and Rita McEnaney. Patrice was raised in the Flatbush section of Brooklyn. She was graduate of Catherine Mc Auley High School. After High school she began her career on The New York Stock Exchange. It was during this time she would meet the love of her life, Daniel Corley. The couple would eventually marry, living first on Staten Island. Where they would start there family, before settling in Middletown for 18 years. Patrice turned her attention to raising her children, and became a stay at home mom by day, and a Asbury Park Press carrier by night. She would work for them for 20 years. After Daniel's retirement, they resided in Matawan. Patrice enjoyed spending her time completing Cross Word Puzzles, and was and avid and excellent Cross Stitcher. But most of all, she loved being surrounded by her incredibly loving family. She cherished her family the most. She was warm, affectionate and kind. There aren't enough words to truly say how wonderful she was. An incredible mother and grandmother who will be deeply missed by all those that loved her in return. Patrice was predeceased by her beloved husband Daniel, who passed away in 2018. Patrice is survived by her loving children, John Corley, Megan Mrozinski and her husband Matthew, Daniel Corley, and Kaitlyn Corley, by sister Sheila McGraner, by her three beautiful grandchildren, Caroline, Jack, and Sammy, and by her beloved dog Joey. Patrice will be laid to rest next to her beloved husband Daniel, at the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veteran's Cemetery in Arneytown, NJ.
