Mary Weiland, 83 of Old Bridge, New Jersey died peacefully surrounded by family on Wednesday, July 13, 2016. Born Wednesday, May 10, 1933 in Cresson, Pennsylvania, 1 of 9 children to the late Robert J. and Harriet (nee Winder) Kenny. Mary was married to the love of her life Robert Weiland for 53 years. Together they moved to Old Bridge, NJ in 1960, where they were parishioners of St. Ambrose Church. Mary was a Nurse (LPN) for many years and last worked at H.I.P. in New Brunswick, NJ. She was an avid reader and enjoyed watching Jeopardy but most of all, Mary enjoyed the time she spent with her family whom she adored. Mary is survived by her loving children Bonnie Weygand (Lansdale, PA), Colleen Dougherty and husband Robert (East Brunswick, NJ), Sean Weiland and wife Amelia (Matawan, NJ), Bryan Weiland (Sayreville NJ), her cherished 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren, and caring sister Alma Barnyak (Pittsburgh, PA). Mary is predeceased by her husband of 53 years Robert M. Weiland, her sons R. Michael Weiland II and Timothy Weiland, her brothers William, Bryan, Robert, Daniel and John Kenny and sisters Irma Jean Weiss and Harriet Schenk A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday July 18, 2016, 10:30 AM at St. Ambrose Church, Throckmorton Ln, Old Bridge, NJ 08857. Private cremation to follow.
