After graduating from school at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, Lorraine became a beautician and operated her own beauty salon in Brooklyn, before beginning her career with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Upon retiring and moving to Old Bridge, Lorraine worked in the Activities Department of the Reformed Church Home for several years, where she thoroughly loved working with the residents. As a devout Catholic, Lorraine's most memorable trip was her pilgrimage to the Philippines where she visited several religious sites. Lorraine had a passion for her country and its history, and took great pride in her heritage as a descendent of the Mayflower. She was also a proud member of the DAR (Daughters of the American Revolution), Francis Hopkinson Chapter, in Freehold, N.J. Lorraine was truly a loving and caring person who loved her family and friends dearly. She has left all who knew and loved her with a lifetime of happy memories.
