Christopher Shanley, 40 of Old Bridge, New Jersey passed away on Tuesday, June 7, 2022, at the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Born Friday, February 5, 1982 in New Brunswick, New Jersey, Chris was the son of the late Denise Shanley. Chris (Stan the Man) was raised in Old Bridge, and was a graduate of Old Bridge High School, class of 2000. Chris was a member of the Carpenter's Union, and worked for Mayrich Construction in New York City. He was a proud union man and loved his brothers and sisters. Chris enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He was a fan of the NY Yankees and NY Rangers. In his spare time, Chris enjoyed dirt bike riding with his nephews, and going fishing. His life really changed when he met the love of his life Paige. They were planning on spending their future together. He will be missed by all family and friends that loved him. Chris was predeceased by his loving mother, Denise. Chris is survived by his caring brothers, Kenny Shanley and his fiance Shannon Dunn, and Robert Shanley and his wife Allison, by his loving girlfriend, Paige Nicole Snyder, by his caring grandparents, Robert and Agnes Quinn, by his uncles, Robert Quinn and his wife Lynn, and Stephen Quinn and his wife Theresa, by his Aunt Nancy Quinn, by his nephews RJ, Kyle, and Dylan, and by many loving cousins and friends. The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM on Saturday, June 11, 2022, at Michael Hegarty & John Vincent Scalia Home For Funerals and Cremation Service, 3377 US Highway 9, Old Bridge, New Jersey.
