Christine Shallonis Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Christine Shallonis, 73 of Old Bridge, New Jersey died on Sunday, July 3, 2022, at Raritan Bay Medical Center in Old Bridge, New Jersey. Born Monday, November 8, 1948. in Bomlitz, Germany, Christine was the daughter of the late Paul and Stella Uszal. Christine was raised in Elizabeth, NJ, and moved to Old Bridge in 1973. Christine worked for Food town in Manalapan. She also worked for the Old Bridge Board of Education as a lunch supervisor. There she was loved by the students she supervised and many even kept in touch with her for years after they graduated. Christine was a member of the parish community of St. Ambrose Church. Christine enjoyed going to Bingo and meeting with her friends for breakfast or lunch. She was very friendly and always fun to be with. Christine was loved by all family and friends alike. She will be missed by everyone that loved her. Christine was predeceased by her parents Paul and Stella Uszal. Christine is survived by her beloved husband of 52 years, Joseph, by her loving children, Jason, and Tinamarie, and by her caring brothers, Bruce Uszal, Henry Uszal and his wife Donna, and Stanley Uszal and his wife Joann. A memorial mass will be offered on Friday, July 15, 2022 at 10:30 AM at St Ambrose Church located at 83 Throckmorton Ln Old Bridge, New Jersey 08857.
