Anthony Viola, 50 of Old Bridge, New Jersey died on Thursday, December 22, 2016 at his home. Born January 9, 1966 in Brooklyn, New York, he was the son of Thomas Viola and the late Rose Viola. Anthony moved to Sayreville with his family at a young age, he attended Sayreville High School and then went on to Villanova where he earned his bachelor's degree. He was employed by Richter & Ratner Construction and was a Project Superintendant. He enjoyed sports, watching the Mets and the Jets, he especially loved watching his grandson play soccer. Anthony was involved in the Memorial Sloan Kettering Foundation and the Arms wide open childhood cancer foundation. Recently Anthony become a certified SCUBA diver, an accomplishment he was extremely proud of. Anthony was an amazing Husband, loving Son, wonderful Stepdad and outstanding Grandpa and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Anthony is survived by his beloved wife of 9 years Ana (Ruivo) Viola, his loving children Paulo Aguiar and wife Michelle, and Liana Aguiar and fianc� Michael Murray, his loving father Thomas Viola, his beautiful grandchildren Jonathan and Joaquim, and many loving Aunts, Uncles, nephews, cousins and brother in laws and sister in laws. Anthony was pre deceased by his mother Rose Viola and his brother Tommy Viola. Entombment will be in Woodbridge Memorial Gardens, Woodbridge, NJ.
