Anne Theresa Henn

May 7, 1941 - February 25, 2021

Anne Theresa Henn, 79 of Monroe Township, New Jersey passed peacefully at home, surrounded by the love of her family, on Thursday, February 25, 2021 Born Wednesday, May 7, 1941 in Brooklyn, New York to the late Salvatore and Winifred Prinzi. Anne attended Clara Barton High School in Brooklyn. She met the love of her life Robert Henn, and the couple would marry. They would start a family of their own and raise their children in Brooklyn. Anne loved being with her family. When her children were younger she volunteered as a Girl Scout Troop Leader for many years. Anne was a member of the Marlboro Club, while living in Brooklyn. 10 years ago, Anne and Robert moved to Greenbriar in Monroe, NJ. She enjoyed playing Bocce, and was a member of the Red Hats Club. Anne also loved trips to Atlantic City, and card games with friends. She enjoyed the many vacations she and Robert took around the world. More than anything Anne loved being surrounded by her children and grandchildren. She was a loving woman who will be missed by all those that loved her. Anne was predeceased by her loving sister Lorraine Henn, and loving son in law Lorenzo DiBenedetto. Anne is survived by her beloved husband of 60 years, Robert, by her loving children, Laura Nash and husband Kevin, Kathy Di Benedetto, and Robert Jr. and wife Lina, by her cherished grandchildren, Bryan Nash, Patrick Nash and wife Jillian, Nicholas DiBenedetto, Nicole Henn, Kelly Nash, Lawrence DiBenedetto, Stephen Nash, Robert Henn III, and Jennifer DiBenedetto, and by her adored great grandson Robert Nelli. The family asks in lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Anne's memory to the Skin Cancer Foundation: https://interland3.donorperfect.net/weblink/weblink.aspx?name=skincancer&id=16 A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 AM on Saturday at St. James The Less located at 36 Lincoln Avenue Jamesburg, New Jersey 08831. Family and friends will be meeting at church in the morning. Interment at Forest Green Park Cemetery in Morganville will follow. The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Friday, February 26, 2021, at Michael Hegarty & John Vincent Scalia Home For Funerals and Cremation Service, 3377 US Highway 9, Old Bridge, New Jersey.
