Olga Martino

Olga Martino of Old Bridge passed away on Wednesday, September 28, 2022 at the age of 95. Born in Brooklyn, she was the daughter of the late Andrew Greco and Marie Stella. A woman devoted to her family, she always put them first foremost above all else. Olga lived a long life that was enriched through her children, their spouses, her grandchildren and her great grandchildren. She enjoyed baking, needlepoint, ceramics, gardening and her daily prayers. Spending time with family was a priority, and she treasured spending the holidays with her entire family. Christmas Eve was her most treasured night of the year. She attended Hunter College, a remarkable achievement for a woman of her generation. She held various positions through the years, including working for Bloomingdales as a sales rep, as a real estate agent, the office manager for a Dental practice and finally working for Rickle Home Improvement Stores as a buyer’s assistant before retiring at age 72. She was predeceased by her husband of 72 years, Ralph, who passed away in July of 2020 and her daughter Adrienne Graff who passed on September 24 of this year. She is survived by her daughter Phyllis Germano and her husband Bob, her son Anthony and his wife Susan, and her daughter Maria Martemucci and her husband Jimmy and Steve Blashfield, Adrienne's long time companion. She will be forever missed by her grandchildren Bobby, Jay, Matt, Michael, Patch, Amanda, Jessica, Samantha, Anthony and Alexandra, and her great grandchildren Kaleigh, Andrew, Brayden and Madisyn. She is also survived by her very devoted niece Andrea and her nephews Kenny and Bobby. Olga's family also wishes to thank her faithful caregivers Katie, Mary and Pat. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Friday from 4-8 p.m. at The Michael Hegarty and John Vincent Scalia Home For Funerals and Cremation Service 3377 US Highway 9, Old Bridge. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Saturday beginning at 10:00 a.m. at St. Clément's Church in Matawan, NJ. Entombment will follow in Marlboro Memorial Cemetery.
