Eileen Oliveri

Eileen Oliveri, 89 of Old Bridge, New Jersey passed away on Friday, December 22, 2023, at Autumn Lake Health Care in Old Bridge, New Jersey. Born Saturday, May 26, 1934 in Brooklyn, New York, Eileen was the daughter of the late Michael and Bridget O'Malley. Eileen was raised in Brooklyn, NY. She would meet and marry the love of her life, Robert Oliveri and the couple would reside in Brooklyn. They would start a family of their own in Brooklyn before moving to Staten Island. Eventually Eileen settled in Old Bridge. Eileen worked for almost 28 years for the FDNY, in the payroll department. She was a dedicated employee who received a special commendation from then Fire Commissioner Howard Safir. Eileen always loved entertaining at her home. She was the first to offer to have friends over to celebrate good times in life. She especially enjoyed having gatherings celebrating her favorite holiday, St. Patrick's Day. Family and friends alike could always rely on help from Eileen, she always looked after others. Eileen loved being with her family more than anything, she had special bonds with everyone she loved, and will be missed by all those that love her. Eileen was predeceased by her beloved husband Robert, by her brothers, John and Robert O'Malley, and by her son in law, Robert Andresen. Eileen is survived by her loving children, Glenn and his wife Nancy, Robert and his wife Lisa, Lori Andresen, and Jill Mannucci and her husband Joseph, by her cherished grandchildren Rob Andresen Jr. and his wife Kristina, Crystal Ozsoy and her husband Caner, Corrine Christian and her husband Quamie, Shannon Shea and her husband Anthony, Holly Dietrick and her husband Anthony, Ryan Oliveri, Michael Mannucci and his wife Christina, Kirk Oliveri, and Kyle Oliveri and by her 7 adored great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, December 26, 2023, at Michael Hegarty & John Vincent Scalia Home For Funerals and Cremation Service, 3377 US Highway 9, Old Bridge, New Jersey. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Wednesday at St Ambrose Church located at 83 Throckmorton Ln Old Bridge, New Jersey 08857.
